OhioHealth employee credits coworkers with saving his life

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — An OhioHealth employee is sharing his story of recovery after suffering a stroke toward the end of last year.

He was at Ground Zero 12 hours after the World Trade Center was hit on Sept. 11, 2001. He saved lives and now he’s thanking the quick actions of others who saved his own.

“I’m a retired medic, I always want, you know, I’ve treated stroke patients,” Practice Administrator for General Surgery at Doctor’s and Grant hospitals Jeffrey Hall said. “You hear these things that I actually got to experience.”
